Richard Boogaard
Richard has focused on the Asian market since 1998. At the time, he worked for a OEM and OES supplier within the Kroymans Group. In 2004, Richard joins Nipparts BV, a subsidiary of Sator Holding, and still within the Kroymans Group. In his position as Purchase Manager, Richard has frequented visited many manufacturers in China to find the right quality standards meeting the requirements of the European market. He specialized in logistic solutions and cost-conscious purchasing, which have contributed significantly to the overall commercial success of the company while he was there. |

Ron Cune
Ron is a marketing specialist with experience in China since 1997. He has mastered Mandarin Chinese to near native speaking level and represents and supports through his DragonDancers venture many companies in China. With his commercial background and extensive network in China, Ron is able to respond rapidly and define, evaluate and execute opportunities. |

Martyn Schilte
In 2000, Martyn arrived in China for an internship and developed a network of successful business partners. After having graduated from Holland University and the University of Wolverhampton as Best of Year, he returned to Beijing in 2001 to start his own company. Specializing in the Automotive industry, he ventured together with Spyker to launch Spyker Cars in China in 2004. Because of his years of experience in the industry, Martyn has a solid network comprised of government, suppliers and the service industry.
